5-Minute Night-time Stretches for Better Sleep

Neck Stretch – Tip your right ear toward your right shoulder while extending your left arm. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat twice, then switch sides.

Bear Hug – Wrap your arms around yourself like a hug, grasping your shoulders and gently pulling. Breathe for 30 seconds. Release and switch which arm is on top.

Knee to Chest – Lie flat on your back and place your hands on one knee, gently bringing it toward your chest. Hold and breathe. Repeat on the other side.

Cat-Cow – Get into an all-fours position. Inhale, press your chest forward, and drop your belly. Hold. Exhale, curve your spine like a cat. Repeat.

Legs Up on the Wall – Lie on your back with your legs resting against the wall. Place a cushion under your hips if needed. Release tension in your hips and breathe deeply.

Standing Calf Stretch – Stand facing a wall, gently bend your front leg, and lean forward. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat three times, then switch sides.
