Blanc Spa provides 30-day return period. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
If you are returning an item that was part of a discounted set or bundle, you will not receive the full process of that individual product item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Blanc Spa will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are for replacement of the same product. To initiate the exchange process, please send an email to email@example.com
If you feel you are having a reaction to a product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you to resolve any issues you may be experiencing. A refund will be issued for any reactions that cannot be rectified.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs associated with returning your product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend that you return the product using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Blanc Spa will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you chose not to track and insure. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
