Our Booking & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Our policy helps protect the time of our therapists while giving our clients as much flexibility as reasonably possible.
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit of the treatment value is required to secure appointments booked directly with Blanc Spa unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Appointments booked through our online booking portal are prepaid in full.
Payments made to secure an appointment are non-refundable to the original payment method. Where at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, eligible payments can be transferred to your Blanc Spa account as credit for future use.
Changing or Cancelling
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel, reschedule or significantly change your appointment, please contact us as early as possible.
48 hours or more:
Your appointment can be rescheduled, or the eligible amount paid can be held as credit on your Blanc Spa account for future use.
24–48 hours:
50% of the booked treatment value will be forfeited.
If your appointment was prepaid in full online, 50% of the treatment value will be retained and the remaining eligible balance will be held as Blanc Spa account credit.
Less than 24 hours:
100% of the booked treatment value will be forfeited.
Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your appointment and have not notified us, 100% of the booked treatment value will be charged.
Where a 50% deposit has already been paid, the remaining 50% of the treatment value will be charged to the payment method associated with the booking.
Where the appointment was prepaid online, the full treatment payment will be retained.
Treatment Payments
Treatment payments are non-refundable to the original payment method.
Where an eligible appointment is changed or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice, the eligible treatment value may be held as Blanc Spa account credit for future use.
Credits remain subject to Blanc Spa’s applicable booking terms and treatment availability.
Gift Vouchers
Booking with a Gift Voucher?
Gift Voucher appointments must be booked directly with Blanc Spa and cannot be booked through our online booking portal.
To make a booking, please contact our team and provide your Gift Voucher Code.
48 hours or more: your appointment can be rescheduled without loss of Gift Voucher value.
24–48 hours: 50% of the booked treatment value will be deducted from the Gift Voucher.
Less than 24 hours or a no-show: 100% of the booked treatment value will be deducted from the Gift Voucher.
Please do not prepay for an appointment online if you intend to use a Gift Voucher. We are unable to refund a prepaid online booking in order to apply a Gift Voucher retrospectively.
