Minimum spend on an order is $25 (inclusive of GST).
All orders incur a standard delivery fee of $15.00, except for products that are considered large & heavy. These are assessed at the corresponding rate of delivery.
Postage is by Standard Australia Post eParcel.

Your domestic order will be delivered in 1-3 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Orders taken over the weekend will be packaged ready for collection by the courier service on the nearest business day.
Please note, we only ship orders to Australian residential or business postal addresses.
Blanc Spa is not liable for any loss, damage or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of delivery. We will not be liable for late delivery by the selected courier. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Blanc Spa’s obligations in relation to delivery end when the order is collected by the courier service for delivery to your nominated delivery point.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Blanc Spa Monday to Saturday 9am – 5pm AEST if you have not received your order within 4 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?
If one of the items you’ve ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the item comes back into stock. This is reflected on your confirmation email as your dispatch date will be delayed. If you would like an update on when your product will come back into stock, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for understanding.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange on an item you’ve purchased from us – simply contact us within 30 days of your order date. You will need to return the items, in its original condition unopened and unused in it’s original packaging. Only once receiving the item will we be able to process the exchange or credit.
